What is AC coil cleaning?
AC coil cleaning is the removal of dust, grease and biofilm from the evaporator coil, the cold finned coil inside the indoor unit that takes heat out of the air.
The coil is the part of the AC that touches every bit of air in your home. When its fins are blocked, air cannot pass through, the AC runs longer and the room never gets as cold as the thermostat setting.
Filter cleaning alone does not reach the coil. In Dubai, fine sand passes through standard filters and sticks to the wet coil surface, where it mixes with moisture and forms a dense layer.

How often should AC coils be cleaned in Dubai?
Clean the evaporator coil once a year. Homes near construction sites, pets or sandy areas benefit from a deep clean every 6 months.
Is coil cleaning safe for my AC?
Yes. We use non acidic foam coil cleaners and a low pressure rinse, which clean the fins without bending or corroding them.
Can you clean coils without removing the unit?
Yes. Most ducted and wall split coils are cleaned in place through the access panel or front cover.
