What is AC duct sanitization?
AC duct sanitization is the application of a disinfectant inside clean AC ducts and units to kill bacteria, mold and odor causing microbes that brushing alone cannot remove.
Sanitization always comes after mechanical cleaning. A disinfectant sprayed onto dusty ducts cannot reach the surface it is meant to treat, so we clean first and sanitize second.
We use disinfectants approved by Dubai Municipality for use in occupied homes, applied by ULV fogging through the supply and return ducts.

Mold grows in Dubai AC systems because humid summer air condenses on cold coils, drain pans and duct insulation, and that moisture stays in the dark ceiling space.
Our mold treatment has four steps:
- Find the moisture source, such as a blocked drain pan or poor insulation.
- Clean the coil, pan and affected duct sections under negative pressure.
- Apply an approved anti mold disinfectant.
- Advise on fixes, such as drain line repair or duct insulation replacement.
If the moisture source is not fixed, mold returns. We report what we find so you or your landlord can repair it.

Is AC duct sanitization safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use Dubai Municipality approved disinfectants for occupied homes. We ask you to keep children and pets out of the room during fogging and for about 30 minutes after.
Is sanitization included with duct cleaning?
Yes. Every AC duct cleaning job includes sanitization. Separate mold treatment is quoted when we find active mold growth.
Can you remove the musty smell from my AC?
In most homes, yes. The smell comes from mold or bacteria on the coil, drain pan or ducts, which we clean and treat.
How long does sanitization last?
Sanitization kills microbes present at the time of treatment. How long the result lasts depends on humidity, filter care and whether moisture problems are fixed.
