Our AC duct cleaning method
Our AC duct cleaning process is based on source removal, the method set out by NADCA in its ACR standard. Dirt is loosened inside the duct and captured by a machine at the same time, so nothing is blown into your rooms.
A standard job has 7 steps. Each step has a clear purpose and a visible result you can check.
7 steps of professional AC duct cleaning
Inspection and camera check
We identify the AC type, count units and outlets, and record the inside of the ducts with an inspection camera. You get a fixed quote based on what we see.
Protection
Floor sheets, furniture covers and shoe covers go down. Grilles in other rooms are sealed so the work area stays closed.
Negative pressure setup
A HEPA filtered air scrubber is connected to the duct. It pulls air out of the system so loosened dust moves toward the machine, not into the room.
Agitation of supply and return ducts
Rotary brushes and compressed air whips travel through each duct run and knock dust, sand and debris off the duct walls.
Unit, grille and diffuser cleaning
Grilles and diffusers are removed and washed. The blower, coil face and drain pan are cleaned so clean air does not pass over a dirty unit.
Sanitization
An approved disinfectant is fogged through the ducts to treat bacteria, mold and odor.
After check and report
We run the AC, check airflow at each outlet and record the ducts again. Before and after photos are sent to you on WhatsApp.

What is the NADCA duct cleaning method?
NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, recommends source removal: mechanically loosening contaminants inside the duct while a negative pressure machine captures them.
Can I see the result?
Yes. We record the inside of your ducts with a camera before and after cleaning and send you the photos.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Clear access to the AC access panels and grilles, and keep pets in a separate room. We bring all equipment and protective covers.
